| Description: | REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES OF EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT:
The Executive Assistant must meet all Company Core Competencies, including the following, which are specific to the Executive Assistant position:

| Duties: | ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
� Maintains CEO�s calendar, daily schedule and expense reports.
� Arranges meetings and coordinates travel for CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
� Screens and appropriately directs incoming telephone calls.
� Interfaces with a variety of business partners on issues which are complex and/or confidential.
� Provides administrative support for the Senior Leadership Team.
� Organizes logistics and administrative requirements for internal/external meetings, seminars, conferences and other events as needed.
� Ability to take input from Senior Leadership Team and condense into an organize action plan.
� Understand internal policies to ensure appropriate decision-making protocols are followed.
� Greet and direct visitors and vendors as in compliance with internal policies.
� General errands as needed.

| Qualifications: | BUSINESS PARTNERING AND REPORTING:
� Reports directly to the Chief of Staff.
� Builds and maintains strong business partnerships with external and internal customers.
� Builds and maintains strong business partnerships with the Senior Leadership Team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
� A minimum of 5 years work experience as an Executive Assistant; experience in a sales based or entrepreneurial environment preferred.
� Extensive experience and skill in the use of programs such as MS Explorer, WEB EX, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
� Proven ability to meet company core competencies listed above.
