| Duties: | CORPORATE SUMMARY:
Every year, long-term disability carriers, employers, existing clients, friends, family and professional colleagues refer thousands of Social Security Disability claims and Medicare enrollments to The Advocator Group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
In this administrative position, the Process Specialist supports our clients� claims for benefits by:
� Supports a caseload of Social Security Disability Insurance claims;
� Collaborating with Client Advocates and Claim Specialists to ensure that claims progress timely, accurately and efficiently;
� Being responsible for all mail related correspondence and ensuring that action is taken in accordance with strict deadlines;
� Timely and accurately processing important Social Security correspondence;
� Requesting, organizing and submitting medical records to Social Security.

| Qualifications: | QUALIFICATIONS:
� A bachelor�s degree and/or minimum 1 year work experience in an administrative support environment or insurance or benefit claim organization preferred.
� Proficiency in the use of Outlook and claims management software, as well as demonstrating the ability to learn new systems.
� Proven ability to demonstrate competency requirements listed above.
