BUSINESS PARTNERING AND REPORTING:
� Reports to Director of Marketing
� Partners with Intake and Case Department to ensure a smooth transition for the referred client.
� Supported by Marketing with appropriate materials and scripting to educate and engage the clients. |
| Duties: | ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
� Conduct outgoing calls to a population of consumers including but not limited to former clients of the Advocator Group and Crowe Paradis to educate them about our service offerings
� Educate individuals about the Advocator Group and engage them so that they look to us to provide them useful information by signing up for our newsletter
� Ability to generate referrals which directly relate to SSDI or Medicare revenue
� Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential clients from sources such as telephone directories, and lists purchased from other organizations.

| Qualifications: | QUALIFICATIONS:
� Experience working as a telemarketer, customer service representative or in a fast paced call center environment.
