Young, energetic and fast growing advocacy services company based in Wakefield, MA looking for a dynamic and talented business professional to lead all people functions including: recruiting, learning and development, employee relations, compliance, productivity management, and performance management.
Candidate must have strong program implementation and process skills, coaching experience, and advanced leadership abilities. This is an opportunity for someone to champion a company�s people strategy for an organization intensely focused on its culture, core values and the people that make it happen every day. This candidate will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and report directly to the COO.
Candidate will have experience in creating, building and implementing people systems with demonstrable problem-solving, accountability, and determination examples. Against that backdrop, we prefer a candidate who has created sustainable human resource systems within a high growth, service-oriented company.

| Qualifications: | Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:
BS Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development
5+ years experience in Human Resources
Proven success in recruiting and selection strategies
Thorough knowledge of employment law and a demonstrated ability to make decisions based on its application
Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and professional organizations
A high degree of integrity and adherence to ethical values
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with management team
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent computer skills
