| Description: | Are you a professional that enjoys helping people? Do you pride yourself on providing top notch customer service and support? Are you process oriented and enjoy using your skills to make a difference in people's lives? Can you combine compassion with efficiency? If so, then you may be just what The Advocator Group is looking for. As a Client Advocate, you manage and develop a caseload of Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) applicants from initial application to award, per established standards and timelines.
As the face of the company, the Client Advocate is responsible for providing phenomenal customer service to individuals seeking Social Security Disability Insurance benefits. While a desire to help individuals with disabilities is essential to success in the position, the Client Advocate role requires an ability to express optimism and empathy throughout challenging telephone-based interactions. Because the position involves listening to individuals with mental and/or physical disabilities, the Client Advocate must be compassionate, empathetic and patient, while also possessing superior time management and telephone call control skills. The Client Advocate maintains an inventory of cases and must be able to balance quality and quantity spending enough time on the phone with each client to provide phenomenal service, while also meeting or exceeding departmental and organizational production goals and metrics. Many of the individuals we work with are going through traumatic and stressful times in their lives - due to the often emotional nature of advocating for these individuals, the Client Advocate must have superior coping skills, demonstrate a high level of emotional maturity, and be able to maintain a focus on their own personal well-being.
The Advocator Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We take pride in the diversity of our team and seek diversity in our applicants. |
